{"id":4357,"date":"2022-01-01T22:06:24","date_gmt":"2022-01-01T21:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.b22.it\/projects\/national-opera-house-and-theatre-prishtina\/"},"modified":"2024-10-18T08:49:51","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T06:49:51","slug":"national-opera-house-and-theatre-prishtina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.b22.it\/en\/projects\/national-opera-house-and-theatre-prishtina\/","title":{"rendered":"National Opera and Theatre of Kosovo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new National Opera and Theatre addresses the need for a purpose-built, large-sized performance venue, housing the Kosovo Philharmonic and providing proper new spaces for the Opera of Kosovo and for the Ballet of Kosovo, all currently based in Pristhina.\u00a0The new cultural facility is meant to accommodate a wide range of different indoor and outdoor performances, lectures, events, conferences, and some of the many festivals periodically organized in town, starting from the DAM Festival.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The buildings shape recalls the traditional Kulla typology vertical articulation: a base, a massive textured body and a crowning entailing openings with views towards surrounding landscape.
